Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy and execution to enhance Bertelsmann’s digital presence across Germany and international markets.
  • Manage digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to create data-driven marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and optimise customer acquisition and retention campaigns, increasing online visibility and engagement.
  • Analyse digital marketing metrics, create reports, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to innovate Bertelsmann’s marketing efforts.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or media company.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluent in German and English.
