Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Kaufland’s products, services, and promotions across various digital channels.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and email marketing.
- Analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and IT, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to keep Kaufland’s digital marketing strategies competitive and innovative.
- Assist in the development of content strategies for Kaufland’s website and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Creative and data-driven, with a focus on achieving results.
- Fluency in German and English.
