Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost Tchibo’s online presence and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), and email marketing.
  • Analyse performance metrics and user behaviour to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, product, and content teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital strategies with business objectives.
  • Oversee content development for online platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Keep up with digital marketing trends and tools to continuously innovate and enhance Tchibo's online presence.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in retail or FMCG.
  • Expertise in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content management.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
