Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost Tchibo’s online presence and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), and email marketing.
- Analyse performance metrics and user behaviour to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
- Work closely with the eCommerce, product, and content teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee content development for online platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Keep up with digital marketing trends and tools to continuously innovate and enhance Tchibo's online presence.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in retail or FMCG.
- Expertise in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content management.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
