Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Assist customers with ticketing, timetables, and route information both in-person and through digital platforms.
- Maintain positive relationships with passengers, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Handle administrative duties related to customer service, including data entry and report generation.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in German; English is a plus.
