Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Assist customers with ticketing, timetables, and route information both in-person and through digital platforms.
  • Maintain positive relationships with passengers, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Handle administrative duties related to customer service, including data entry and report generation.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in German; English is a plus.
