Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns both in-store and via phone or email.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely solutions.
- Assist with product information and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure follow-up communication when necessary.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluency in German; English is a plus.
