Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding orders, returns, and product information.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues affecting customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in German; English is a plus.
