Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and delivery status.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work with other teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and stock availability.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer care and contribute to Breuninger’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in customer service or communications is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or retail support.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
  • Fluency in German; English is a plus.
