Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries related to orders, returns, and products.
  • Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and shipping questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record customer interactions and ensure accurate updates are made in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to team performance goals by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in German; English is a plus.
