Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with car rental bookings, inquiries, and issues.
  • Process customer reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about Sixt’s products and services, ensuring customers receive the best experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, automotive, or rental industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in German; English is a plus.
