Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with car rental bookings, inquiries, and issues.
- Process customer reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about Sixt’s products and services, ensuring customers receive the best experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, automotive, or rental industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in German; English is a plus.
