Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cloud infrastructure solutions for AWS clients in the EMEA region.
• Lead a high-performing team of cloud architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure AWS infrastructure meets the needs of both large enterprises and startups.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve infrastructure solutions and customer experiences.
• Provide leadership on strategic initiatives such as capacity planning, security, and operational excellence.
• Manage the execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and availability requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including clients and technology partners.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, IT architecture, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in cloud computing, AWS services, and large-scale IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovation.
• Fluent in German and English.
