Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen H&M’s brand image and market share in Germany.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Analyse customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and optimised ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in retail or fashion industries.
  • Proven success in leading successful marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
  • Fluency in German and English.
