Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to strengthen C&A’s position in the fashion retail market.
- Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and influencer partnerships.
- Oversee content creation and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to launch marketing initiatives aligned with new product collections and seasonal trends.
- Analyse marketing data and key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and external agencies.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or communications, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and customer trends.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Fluency in German and English.
