Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen Ikea’s brand presence in the German market.
- Manage marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, and social media, ensuring consistency in messaging and creative direction.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to create targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product launches, store events, and customer engagement activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, and branding.
- Excellent communication, creative, and organisational skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
