Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen Ikea’s brand presence in the German market.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, and social media, ensuring consistency in messaging and creative direction.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to create targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product launches, store events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, and branding.
  • Excellent communication, creative, and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
