Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to increase revenue, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring that they achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to forecast sales and set team objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, provide coaching, feedback, and support to improve sales outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure smooth sales processes.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to senior management.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with major clients and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a team.
