Description
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing functions, developing comprehensive strategies, and ensuring that the company’s products and services are effectively promoted to the target market. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new sales leads and business opportunities through various channels.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Product Promotion: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Campaign Analytics: Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of marketing techniques, digital marketing tools, and CRM software.
- Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on insights.
