  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prototyping: Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
  • Design Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, mockups, and specifications for development.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure PUMA’s product offerings remain innovative and competitive.
  • Design Iteration: Regularly iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, stakeholders, and testing results.

Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in the fashion, footwear, or consumer goods industry.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing previous product design work (including conceptual sketches, wireframes, and final products).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel).
    • Experience with user-centered design processes, including user research and usability testing.
    • Ability to create detailed design specifications and documentation for manufacturing.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful design solutions.
