Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and strategic planning of Bosch's automation and robotics product portfolio.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and technology innovations to guide product development and positioning.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market fit.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to design, test, and optimise products.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and work with the marketing team to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Analyse competitor products and technologies to maintain Bosch’s competitive edge.
• Engage with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within automation, robotics, or industrial technology.
• Strong understanding of the full product development process, including design, manufacturing, and marketing.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
