Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Kaufland’s products, services, and promotions across various digital channels.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and email marketing.
  • Analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and IT, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to keep Kaufland’s digital marketing strategies competitive and innovative.
  • Assist in the development of content strategies for Kaufland’s website and social media platforms.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Creative and data-driven, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Fluency in German and English.
