Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting bakery products, providing information about ingredients and specials.
• Maintain a clean and organised sales environment, ensuring all products are attractively displayed.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
• Support the bakery team in stocking, baking, and replenishing products as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German; English is a plus.
