Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of academic policies, curriculum design, and faculty recruitment.
• Foster a supportive academic environment for faculty, students, and staff, promoting excellence in teaching and research.
• Collaborate with other university leaders to ensure alignment of academic priorities with the overall university mission.
• Represent the university at academic conferences, boards, and external partnerships.
• Promote and lead initiatives to enhance student experience and employability.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral degree in a relevant academic field.
• 15+ years of experience in academic leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior administrative role.
• Strong experience in curriculum design, faculty management, and academic policy development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
