Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of Sephora’s e-commerce strategy for the German market, driving online sales growth and improving the customer shopping experience.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to optimise the online customer journey and implement personalised marketing strategies.
  • Analyse e-commerce performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, including website design, product recommendations, and conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with external digital agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance the online retail platform.
  • Oversee content management, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns to boost online traffic and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Sephora at the forefront of digital innovation.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy or digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in online retail, web analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and enhancing the digital customer experience.
  • Fluency in German and English.
