Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues affecting customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centre roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in German; English is a plus.
