Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting Volkswagen vehicles that suit their needs and preferences.
  • Provide information on vehicle features, financing options, and warranties.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Volkswagen’s product lineup and promotions.
  • Coordinate test drives and follow up with potential buyers to close sales.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for automobiles and familiarity with Volkswagen’s brand and values.
  • Fluency in German; English is a plus.
