Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist clients with daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account management.
• Advise customers on available products, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, ensuring they make informed choices.
• Assist in processing loan applications, mortgage requests, and other banking services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Work closely with branch managers and other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail banking or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic understanding of banking products and services.
• Fluency in German; English is a plus.
