Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping customers select the right Apple products for their needs.
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations, including guiding them through features and capabilities.
  • Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors to the store.
  • Process transactions, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist with customer inquiries about the latest Apple products and software.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • A strong interest in Apple products and services.
  • Fluency in German; English is a plus.
