Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and delivery status.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work with other teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and stock availability.
- Maintain a high standard of customer care and contribute to Breuninger’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in customer service or communications is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or retail support.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Fluency in German; English is a plus.
