Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries related to orders, returns, and products.
- Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and shipping questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Record customer interactions and ensure accurate updates are made in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to team performance goals by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German; English is a plus.
