Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and operations of Starbucks stores across Germany.
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
• Oversee the execution of brand standards, store performance, and employee engagement.
• Manage and mentor a team of regional managers, ensuring alignment with Starbucks’ vision and goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive long-term growth, market expansion, and innovation in store offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all retail locations.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven success in managing large-scale retail operations and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
