Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate insurance claims and determine their validity based on policy terms and conditions.
• Communicate with clients to gather relevant information and assess the scope of the claims.
• Investigate claims by reviewing documents, interviewing witnesses, and liaising with other experts.
• Recommend settlements or policy modifications, and ensure claims are processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and report findings to management.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Insurance, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in claims adjusting or customer service in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive information and in high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in German; basic English is helpful.
