Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of insurance agents to drive sales and revenue growth for Allianz’s insurance products.
  • Develop sales strategies, set targets, and monitor team performance to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for product development and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or insurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
  • Fluency in German; English is a plus.
