Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of high-profile clients across various industries.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the audit practice and enhance client relationships.
• Provide thought leadership and represent KPMG at industry events and conferences.
• Mentor and develop senior managers and directors within the audit team.

Qualifications

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or Wirtschaftsprüfer).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, with a proven track record of leading large teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
